The Uize.indexIn and Uize.isIn static methods of the Uize base class now support loose (i.e. non-strict) equality matching.

Loose equality matching is achieved by specifying the value false for the optional new strictEqualityBOOL parameter. This change is backwards compatible, as the default value for the new strictEqualityBOOL parameter is true, which corresponds to previous behavior.
